Shannon Quadros is an experienced mediator and arbitrator in all types of civil and commercial disputes. He has extensive experience in construction, real-estate, and property-related cases. Shannon’s prior extensive business experience in the real-estate arena provides him a keen understanding of the issues those parties face and business solutions those clients want. Having started and operated a business of his own, Shannon is sensitive to the legal needs of small-business owners and start-ups.  

He has been a Commercial Panelist for the AAA since 2021; has served as a National Panel Arbitrator for the BBB Autoline since 2018; and has mediated or arbitrated over 100 cases to resolution.

In private practice, Shannon is the managing shareholder of Quadros, Migl & Crosby PLLC where he represents businesses and individuals in federal and state courts and arbitration proceedings.

Shannon is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to all U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts in the state as well as the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.

He currently serves as a Co-Chair of the Texas Minority Counsel Program and is a Member of the State Bar of Texas – ADR Section Council. He has served as the Chair of the Houston Bar Association’s ADR Section, the Minority Opportunities in Law Committee, the Gender Fairness Committee, and the Professionalism Committee.  Shannon is also a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. 

Shannon also has a M.S. in Electrical Engineering and has been a 25 year member of the Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers (I.E.E.E.), having served as a Director of the IEEE-Houston Chapter.
